California & Nevada Big Game Hunting
Nevada Mule Deer Hunting
We have had 80% success and nearly 100% opportunity for the past six years. Cary is a licensed master guide for the state of Nevada. We are licensed statewide and thoroughly scout during the summer months in order to insure you have the best hunt possible. The hunts are spot and stalk hunts using Swarovski optics. You can expect to see bucks every day. The terrain is beautiful but rugged, so being in good physical condition is a plus. However, hunts are tailored to meet the client's needs. Home cooked meals made the way you like them enhance your hunting experience. You will be staying in a heated wall tent with your comfort in mind.
The tags are drawn through a special nonresident guide draw. This guide draw allows clients a greatly increased chance of drawing a tag, much greater than through the regular draw procedure. The guide draw application process takes place in February for the following fall. Season runs October and November.

California & Nevada Elk Hunting
We have 15 years experience calling and locating bulls in the rut during both archery and rifle seasons. We hunt all three species of elk: Rocky Mountain, Roosevelt and Tule. Our success rate has been 85%. Since 1999, we have taken 5 B&C bulls.
In California, we hunt the Northeastern, Del Norte, Klamath and Big Lagoon hunts, as well as Grizzly Island. These hunts offer an excellent opportunity to harvest a B&C bull. These hunts are draw hunts. The application deadline is the end of May. Auction tags are also available. The rates quoted below for your 5 day California hunt do not include meals and lodging due to variations in the locations. Season dates are August and September.
In Nevada, we hunt the northeastern section of the state in units 076, 077, 079, and 081 and the central east part of the state around Ely in units 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 221, and 222. These hunts are in prime elk territory with an excellent chance of harvesting a bull of a lifetime. We will use horses and or four wheel drive vehicles to get you to where the big ones live. From there it is spot and stalk hunting at its finest. These are limited draw hunts with the application deadline being in mid-April. Landowner elk tags are also available. The rates quoted below for your 7 day Nevada hunt include home cooked meals and lodging in a heated wall tent to enhance your outdoor experience. Season runs in November and December

Northern California and Nevada Antelope Hunting
In California, we hunt the northeastern part of the state. You can expect to see plenty of bucks every day with the possibility of a B&C buck. Lodging and meals are included in your 5 day hunt. The application deadline for antelope is June. The season runs in August.
In Nevada, northwestern Nevada is the area you will be hunting. With our thorough scouting, you can expect to see bucks every day with the possibility of a B&C buck. A heated wall tent and all meals are provided for your 5 day hunt. The application deadline for antelope is mid-April. The season runs in August.

Bighorn Sheep Hunting
We specialize in Unit 267 for desert bighorn sheep but are available to guide other units as well. These 7 day hunts are physically demanding in very rugged terrain but can be one of the most rewarding hunts of your life. These hunts are spot and stalk with an emphasis on glassing. We have seen as many as 20 rams in a day in Unit 267.
You will be staying in a heated wall tent with home cooked meals to enhance your hunting experience. You must be drawn for these hunts. The application deadline is April. Season runs November to December.

Private Landowner Tags
Private landowner tags are also available for antelope, deer and elk in both California and Nevada. While the cost of these tags can be expensive, they offer exceptional hunting opportunities for the serious hunter. Landowner tags for Nevada elk provide some of the best elk hunting in the world.
