Drift Boat Fishing Trips - Steelhead and Wild Trout

We specialize in fly fishing trips for wild trout and steelhead on the Yuba River. The portion we fish is open 365 days a year and the fishing is good all year round. The Yuba is catch and release only with no bait. This allows the fish to grow to a large size, with the average trout between 14 and 17 inches long. These trout fight like no other - we break off at least one fish on most of our trips. We also guide on the American and Feather rivers when the bite is hot.

You will be provided with all rods and reels for all trips but feel free to bring your own equipment. All of our equipment is top notch, including a state of the art Hyde Drift Boat. Hyde is well known for its quality and performance. You will enjoy the experience of fishing from a boat so comfortably designed. Its maneuverability allows you easy access to all parts of the river. Full day trips last 8 hours and half day trips are 4 hours. Lunch and drinks are provided with all full day trips.
